  1. Add to Milk Shake – Soak the seeds overnight and add to a glass of milk and whey protein in the morning.  This will give you enough protein and fiber and keep you from being hungry for next 3 to 4 hours.  You will also be able to get a more nutrition and prevent sugar surge.
  2. Add to Gravy – If you are making some chicken curry or any vegetable recipe, you can grind the seeds and add to the gravy.  You will get a thicker gravy which will be tastier and more nutritious.
  3. Add to Cookies – If you are going to bake cookies or bread at home then make sure that you add some flax seed powder to add more fiber and nutrition to them.
  4. Add to Soups or Salads – You can also add ground flax seeds on the top of the soups or sprinkle them to salads.
