Here is one interesting experience which I wanted to share of a girl who lost 20 pounds. She followed multiple things to achieve her weight loss, and one of the things which she did was to take Metamucil Orange or Metamucil Clear everyday.
Here are some other things which she advises –
1. Take five to six meals each day after every three hours. You need to eat more fruits and some nuts.
2. Take lots of water.
3. Sleep at least 8 hrs a day.
4. Take Metamucil of other fiber supplements each day. It will not only help lose weight but also help in improving heart health.
